The day I arrived at the hospital, I was welcomed by a well-informed and helpful coordinator who helped schedule my appointment with the doctor, stayed with me the whole time. The hospital also provided a translator, so my questions and the doctor’s explanations were relayed clearly. The procedures were explained to me clearly with honest expectations and risk-related. Post-operative care was excellent. The nurses were very attentive to patients. The meals provided were delicious and catered to my religious needs.
