For me, it is not just a surgery, but a path towards life. Last year wasn’t easy for me, but I felt like I wasn’t alone. Dr. Sukit and the staff were with me in my difficult times. My experience at Yanhee Hospital has been exceptional. My surgeon has an impeccable professional reputation, both in Thailand and internationally. The pre-op phase was seamless. We were allocated an interpreter who instructed us when and where we needed to be. The nurses post-op were efficient and friendly. The international services team (liaison team) was consistently in touch, catering to our every need and query including organizing a fit-to-fly letter so airplane staff could assist with priority boarding, wheelchair access, and baggage assistance. They also organized a letter of accompaniment for my Mum’s place of employment so she could apply for carer’s leave.

I would highly recommend the services at Yanhee Hospital. The facilities, staff, and support truly are world-class.

Dr. Sukit and the team in Ward 9C are the best, world-class professionals who gave me the best care in the last month. The level of precision and dedicated care I received certainly helped me in my recovery. They are very knowledgeable and experienced which gave me confidence that I’m in their best hands. I also appreciate the assistance that I got from Mr. Pan, Kirsten, and  Jo Ann, who visited me daily. Yanhee is indeed the best hospital that I have experienced.

Things to improve: Provide more air mattresses for patients in 9C; hire more nurses and senior nurses to support the team.
