The care, respect, and professionalism shown by all staff in the hospital from the initial check-in at the hospital, consultation, surgery through to aftercare has been nothing but exceptional. The facilities themselves are first-class to match the standard of care provided.

The Doctor and nursing staff, alongside the International Liaisons staff, have been outstanding. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and care. The facilities have been great, and having your own room post-surgery has been a must.

This is the second time I’ve had surgery at Yanhee Hospital. After comparing many hospitals, I still chose Yanhee Hospital for a Mastectomy. The services are still great and very enthusiastic. The hospital food was very delicious. If I have friends who want to do a mastectomy, I’ll suggest to them to do it here. Thank you to every staff at Yanhee Hospital. The surgical skills of Yanhee Hospital are great. After surgery, I did not feel any pain and made me want to walk immediately. Lol.

I learned about Yanhee Hospital from the ex-pat community when researching plastic surgery options in Bangkok. I agree with their recommendation after having the surgery. Dr. Thawatchai was easy to work with and listened to my needs. All the staff and nurses were caring, professional, and gave good care. I am really impressed with Yanhee and would not hesitate to return. In fact, I will recommend it to others. Yanhee Hospital is topnotch.

I planned this trip myself; the help and support were exceptional from my first contact right through to my discharge from the hospital. The nurses were fantastic and the International Liaison group visited me every day to ensure I understood my care and next steps along the way. I would have been happy to stay here at Yanhee right up until my flight home.  The care was so good.  Actually, for solo travellers, I believe this would be a great option if it could be accommodated by the hospital.

Thank you to Dr. Thawatchai and all the nursing staff for their care and consideration during my stay. They were attentive and caring and made sure I was as comfortable as could be during recovery. The nurses would check on me throughout the day and night and answer the call bell promptly when I rang it. The room was clean and kept clean regularly. Dr. Thawatchai – dealing with him is very easy. I did not hesitate to do the operation from the beginning consultation day. Quick to deal with, especially by email with Kay Thi and the translator Saladin. He was with me from beginning to end and treated me like his sister. The nurses are very nice and helpful. The patient relations officers are beyond amazing. They treated me with love, especially Jo Ann and Kirsten. Happy with the outcome of the operation.
